From where I'm standing it looks like Chumba only cares about one thing, THEMSELVES. Instead of waiting for negative reviews and then leaping into action and asking for more information and still doing nothing, why not offer the proper customer support service right from the beginning and avoid all the bad press ? If I was operating a business I would ensure that I had the proper skilled people in place to look after my customers and keep them happy. I'm no closer to being verified now then I was 34 days ago. It has now been 34 days since I began the verification process and nothing has changed. So I proceed to forward Chumba this information and still nothing. You know what's laughable ? You write a negative review about Chumba and within a few days you get a Trustpilot generated response from them asking for more information. ![]()
